Intro to Goaltending
Who is it for: For those who have never tried goaltending before.
What you get: Learn how all of the equipment works and find what fits best for you. Get on the ice to get comfortable in all of the gear before having some fun using soft pucks or tennis balls, not real pucks.
Equipment: All of the necessary goalie equipment can be provided, however personal equipment can be used if available.
- Long sleeved shirt, pants and socks are required as underwear when borrowing equipment - No skin to equipment contact except for gloves.
- Personal skates (player or goalie skates are acceptable), hockey helmet with cage (goalie masks not required) and jock/jill is required.
Beginners Assessment and Fundamentals
Who is it for: For beginners who are just learning goaltending fundamentals, but understand how to use all of the equipment.
What you get: Progressive lessons focus on the fundamental skating, sliding and save selection techniques. Each new goalie will need 3-5 of these sessions before they start to feel comfortable and can be safe and functional in a game, practice or scrimmage situation.
Equipment: Personal equipment is strongly recommended, however most necessary goalie equipment can be provided.

Established Goaltender Training
Who is it for: For established goalies who have played in leagues or pickup games before and are looking to improve on specific skills.
What you get: Advanced lessons with focus on the fundamental skating, puck tracking and biomechanical refinement. These lessons are perfect for goalies looking for regular practice ice time or those who feel like parts of their game need some help.
Equipment: Full personal equipment is required.
- Goalie skates (no player skates), goalie masks and goalie jock/jill (no player/athletic supports) are required.
